Two-Time Grammy Winner Tems Joins San Diego FC Ownership Group As Club Partner

Tems joins other members of the ownership group, including actor Issa Rae and footballer Juan Mata.

Two-time Grammy winner Temilade ‘Tems’ Openiyi has joined the ownership group of San Diego FC as a club partner.

The Nigerian singer-songwriter made the announcement today on X (formerly Twitter), expressing her excitement: “Proud to support SDFC’s @right2dream initiative, empowering young talent on and off the field. Can’t wait for what’s ahead @mls!”

San Diego FC, also known as San Diego Wave FC, is a professional soccer team based in San Diego, California. The team competes in Major League Soccer (MLS).
